Our Story
COMPOSITE was founded in 2018, after Managing Partner, Chris Gerra, took a business trip to Davao, Philippines while on sabbatical from his consulting job in New York City. During this trip, he was exposed to the broader BPO space and numerous industry leaders/experts. Impressed with the sophistication and size of the BPO world, Chris soon identified markets which could benefit from adopting a BPO model – specifically the US Residential Real Estate space.
